Chris applies nearly four decades’ experience to produce the intricate details that make our projects unique. He applies his talents to help us custom build anything our clients dream up, including a range of cabinetry, stair work, and architectural details.

Chris exemplifies the adage, “if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.”  Growing up in a neighborhood that was being developed, he hung around job sites until contractors put him to work.  A natural, Chris took his first real carpentry job as a junior in high school and earned a full-time position after graduation.

Over time, Chris became known as one of a few elite stair builders in the state of Rhode Island.  As his skills evolved, he opened his own shop, where he served a variety of construction firms.  He appreciated the way Jeff Sweenor ran his projects, the quality of his work, and his people. Before long, Jeff convinced Chris to join the Sweenor team to help us take our capabilities to the next level!
