Sweenor Builders is looking for a smart, imaginative Videographer and Editor to create short videos that amplify our company messaging, and engage customers and industry peers through a wide range of residential building ideas. In this role, you will be exposed to a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly energetic team environment while marketing to buyers of luxury custom homebuilding services, and pursuing branding and partnership opportunities with respected leaders in our field such as THIS OLD HOUSE®. Working with our leadership team and marketing professionals, you will help Sweenor Builders capitalize on the effective use of video across social media platforms, to include the creation of our company YouTube channel. If you have a talent for telling great stories and the desire to help us chart a new course in how we engage with our community, we’d love to hear from you!

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience shooting and editing compelling short video/films
Experience creating video for social media and/or strong familiarity with social video
Must have own (base-level) camera equipment
Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, iMovie, or similar editing software
Media management and understanding of shared storage system
Capacity to change and adapt quickly in a high-energy and fast paced environment
